this is my first real attemp in modeling with deled

a futurist turbocharged car, for a post-apocalyptic setup.
with blades and front spikes, tire destroying wheells.

in one word everything to be a roadwarrior.

feel free to comment:)

Oh god, that reminded me instantly of Carmageddon.

That's fantastic for a first attempt!

didn't have carmageddon in mind when modeling this Smile but you're right, the red paint may have something to do with this feeling Smile

it's my first attemp with deled, i modeled many years ago some basic stuff for half-life.

and some levels for duke nukem 3D ... but nothing really serious.

^ ^

just bought deled saturday it's a pretty good tool easy to learn Smile

never used it before Smile

i can live without this but it may help for effects Smile

Yes. Drag the second texture map into your material (onto the second layer part). But you need pro.

Or you could use my plugin but you would also need PRO for the transparent textures Razz

If you have PRO, this will just work fine. You have to do it in the material editor. However, you can't really manipulate the texture coordinates for the second layer yet.

ok , it's in the material creator Smile

as you said i can't manipulate the coordinates of the second layer so it does not really help to add decals of similar things. but it can save a lot of workflow making textures in cerain cases , or adding special features for parts of the model easyly

thanks Smile

another question, is it possible to modify the default textures categories ?
i mean i added textures for my car, but when i open deled without any project i don't have the folder withthe textures apear

i wan't to made some basic texture set so when i start a new prject i don't have to go to the material editor and add them again and again manually Smile
