If I UV map a bunch of objects separately (which really is the best way to do it), and then Union the objects, the UV mapping gets reset. I would like for the existing UV mapping of each individual sub-piece to be retained.
Ideally, all UV maps should be retained when doing CSG, although in some intersect cases that's a lot harder to do (not to mention almost undefined when multiple materials are involved).
Fixing union would be swell! |
