Getting my renderer to work has made me want to play with Deled a lot. This is my second go at this project, hopefully this time I can get it to work.

Here is one more worthy of posting. I think there is well over 100 lights in there. I wish I could snap their centers to line them up better.

I need to find a texture of a door. I don't think I can make a nice one on my own right now. Anyone have a link with texture sof just doors? MODERN normal everyday doors?

Gallery time!
I think I like the first and last pictures you posted best. Mind if we use those for our little gallery?
Snapping lights is a good idea. Adding it to our (evergrowing) TODO list! |

Wait? It's still empty. I have to put a Deled Lite soda machine in there, and a bar back, and door textures, and the couches for the little holes. And some Tables, and the DJ setup. |

Ok, sounds great! Post your final pictures whenever you are ready. Both PJ and I like these pics!
And they've got more color than the blueish pics you've been posting lately, making me a happy guy... |

A wrestling stage isn't meant to have lots of colours. It has one colour lighting to set the tone or mood of the show, or it changes to another when someone is making an entrance lol.
That one still isn't done btw. Just need to get off my ass and make the crowd, and the upper portion of the arena. I have a nice DELED LITE ad mixed in with the rest of my fake arena ads. |

VD, if you are looking for a dark stained panel type of texture for a door, I have you you can have.
http://gallery.3dcentral.net/DeleD-screens/w_wood_panel
It isn't watermarked, so you can rightclick and saveas to get it.
Take a look see.
btw...how did you get that neon effect? It looks really good. _________________ Some day I will grow up and be a real modeler.

Thanks trucker. But I found one earlier that better suited my needs. The neon effect doesn't exist in Deled. What I do is just not render the lightmap on objects I marked with 'nl' in the tag. They don't even look bright normally, but the darker shades in the rest of the level makes them appear brighter.
Jeroen, I don't think you'd need to do anythign complicated, like add a snapping mode to the lights and file format. It's only 1 simple center vertice. Maybe just a simple as f9 centering it, with no extra settings toggled. |

Wow. Sometimes you have to come back and look at something to realize that the something looks like shit! I need to redo the Deled Lite texture. |
