Here is something I always wonder about when making a dumpster. Do try and cleanly extrude out the side handles, or do you just model them on the side, and leave them 'free floating' there?

Because when you hit smooth, it's going to mess your model up.

I wonder if it's better to extrude an inset, and make the hole later, instead of merging a premade handle.

Nice work! I'm in the middle of developing levels for a game but there's no way I could ever have the discipline to work hard enough to achieve the quality of this any other projects I've seen on this forum. What sort of grid size do you use in the editor?

...it depends...on wich scale you want to work or in which size you feel more comfortable...me myself i'm using the number 1....the smaller one...Very Happy

i always switch, but the basic for me is 3, if i need more detail 2 and for the fine detail 1, if i need to make a grid for a landscape i use 7.

Your scenes reminds many of us some kind of particulary VG (Video-Games) THPS, GTA, etc... I think those are all Rolling Eyes
