I can't find one so...
A simple Fit to face UV control would be nice and a tile imput.
If my texture is 256x256 and the face is 256x512 I could tell the UV to "fit" to face and the tile "X" amount of times horizontaly or vertically.
Something like this...

Seems like you didn't search well enough.
Go to face -> Gen. UV and check "Fit texture size to face" -> OK
Then, you can setup your tiling by simply scaling the face of your polygon. A scaling of 500% will make your texture tile 5 times. _________________ Behold! The DeleD Wiki! Please help us expanding it

As a sidenote, ctrl-shift-f is short for 'fit to face'. Either all faces in the selected object (in object mode) or just the selected faces (polygon or face mode). I use it a lot |
